I have been reminded that the Child's Play Charity has started its 2009 donation drive. Thanks to its platinum, gold, and silver sponsors, Child's Play already has $260,000.
That's nice, but Child's Play's goal is to make at least one Million dollars.
If you want to donate to Child's Play, as always, we have a Child's Play banner below our main logo, or you can follow the link earlier in this post.

The Random Song page now auto refreshes after each song in order to provide an infinite playlist! Special thanks to the PerlMonks for code to calculate the midi play length (not a trivial task)! A meta refresh tag is calculated upon each page load based on the midi play length plus two extra seconds to allow for page and song load times.

The Random Song feature now tells you what song is playing, and displays the associated meta data of the song.

A Random Song button is now available on the front page (see left column). The current version does not tell you which song is playing. We hope to fix that with iframes in a future version.
